SpaceEye-T provides 25cm VVHR Imagery Service.
- Panchromatic: 25cm
- Mutispectral(R, G, B, NIR): 1m
- Bits per pixel: 12 bit
- Swath Width: 12km
- Altitude : 500km
- Orbit: Sun synchronous
- LTAN: 10:30 (local time)
- Mass : ≤670kg
- Tilt angle: +/-30 deg (max. 45)
- Agility: 30 deg in 20 sec
- Downlink speed: 1.6 Gbps
- Collection capability: 275,164 km2 / day
The GSD (Ground Sampling Distance) of SpaceEye-T is *25 cm, meaning that each pixel in the image represents data sampled from the ground at 25 cm intervals.
SpaceEye-T imagery can be purchased through two options: Sat-aaS (Satellite-as-a-Service) and Tasking-aaS (Tasking-as-a-Service). If you are interested in placing an order, please contact us at sales@si-imaging.com, and our team will get back to you promptly.
You can choose between Geometric and Radiometric processing types when ordering a SpaceEye-T image.
Geometric Types:
- SEN (Sensor model): A product corrected for radiometric and sensor distortions.
- PRJ (Projected): Ortho-ready. A product corrected for geometric distortions and projected to UTM. Terrain effects are corrected using average height over the region.
- ORT (Orthorectified): A product corrected for geometric distortions and projected to UTM. Terrain effects are corrected using coarse DEM, namely SRTM DEM. The final product is projected to UTM coordinate.
Radiometric Types:
- Basic: DN values after non-uniformity correction. Coefficients for DN to TOA radiance conversion provided.
- Reflectance: Radiometrically corrected from sensor calibration and systematic atmospheric effects of the atmosphere. Image values are provided in normalized reflectance values with a 1/10,000 ratio.
Your download will include:
- A GeoTIFF or JPEG2000 image file, depending on your product settings
- A metadata XML file describing image parameters and processing information
- World files (e.g., TFW or JGW) to enable geographic alignment
- A preview image in PNG format
Optional files depending on your selected geometric type
- RPC (Rational Polynomial Coefficients)
- Cloud masks
All files are organized in a structured folder, based on the DIMAP V2 format, for compatibility with major GIS software such as QGIS, ArcGIS, ENVI, and ERDAS.
You can select from the following spectral combinations
- Bundle: PAN + MS
- PMS: Pan-sharpened Multispectral
All options are available in either GeoTIFF (16-bit) or JPEG2000 (12-bit) format depending on your bit depth selection.
TIFF files show the same image as the PNG file but in much higher quality.
- If you just want to look at the image, the PNG file is enough.
- TIFF files are mainly used for technical work in mapping or analysis. If you need to do geospatial work, you can open the TIFF file using free GIS software like QGIS.
The size of the downloadable imagery file depends on the selected area, resolution, and sensor type. In general, files are around 20 GB, so we recommend ensuring you have sufficient storage space before downloading.
