Order and Data

  • Can only one date range be set in the period search condition?

    No. To set multiple periods, specify the start and end dates and click the Add button for each period.

  • What does the Seasonal Range mean under the period search conditions?

    A period condition that can be applied when you want to search for images for the same period over many years. For example, you can use it to search for images from April 1 to May 31 every year from 2012 to 2020.

  • Can I choose only one condition for polarization?

    Yes. All polarization can be set by selecting All, or only one among HH, HV, VH, and VV can be selected.

  • Can I sort the displayed results?

    Yes. If you select the criteria you want to sort from the “Sort by” item above the search result list, the search results are sorted based on the selected item. Descending/Ascending is applied by clicking the button.

  • What is Shift?

    This function allows you to adjust the position of the selected Scene down/up when there is a Scene included in the same strip with the same satellite connected below or above the selected scene.

  • Can I download the results I searched?

    Yes. Select the catalog you want to download from the search result list, click the Export button at the bottom of the list, and select a file format to download. The file format can be selected from Shapefile, KML, or CSV.

  • Can't I see both Optical and SAR search results at the same time?

    No. Optical search results and SAR search results are displayed separately because the information that can be displayed is different.

  • Can I copy the Scene ID?

    Yes. Select the scene you want to copy ID from the search result (click the selection button) and click “Copy IDs” at the bottom of the list to save only the scene ID to the clipboard. If you select one or more scenes, only the ID of the selected scene will be copied.

  • Can I add new scenes to an AO cart item I previously created?

    Yes. When selecting [Cart] from the catalog search results list, select the existing cart number. However, if the AOI of the existing cart and the area of the newly added scenes do not overlap, a warning message is displayed.

  • What does “Urgency” mean when entering Archive Order?

    It indicates the urgency of the product delivery. If set to Standard, product will be distributed within 3 days after order confirmation. If set to Rush, product will be distributed within 1 day after order confirmation. If you select Rush, an additional charge will be added to the product price.
