GHGSat is a Canadian company specializing in greenhouse gas monitoring satellites. SI Imaging Services has partnered with GHGSat to provide methane emissions data from remote sensing satellite systems to domestic and Asian customers.
GHGSat’s satellites provide 100 times higher spatial resolution at 10’s of meters pixel size and the smallest detection thresholds of approximately 100kg/hour. GHGSat is differentiated for its technology in pinpointing the exact source of methane emissions at the facility level in the Oil and Gas sector.
GHGSat currently measures greenhouse gas emissions from businesses, factories, and facilities worldwide and supplies the information to government agencies, businesses, and environmental regulators around the world.
